QUEENSRŸCHE To Perform On 'Rockline'
July 23, 2007Seattle's QUEENSRŸCHE will perform live on the nationally syndicated radio show "Rockline" with host Bob Coburn on Wednesday, August 1. According to the group, "This will NOT be acoustic set, rather the entire band!"
The show airs at 8:30 p.m. PT/ 11:30 p.m. ET and fans are encouraged to call in at 1-800-344-ROCK (7625). To find a station near you, check out www.rocklineradio.com.
In other news, QUEENSRŸCHE members Eddie Jackson, Scott Rockenfield and Mike Stone have scheduled several clinics, question-and-answer sessions and meet-and-greets at Sam Ash stores around the country. Dates and times are as follows:

QUEENSRŸCHE played a five-song acoustic set on Saturday, July 21 at Looney Tunes in West Babylon, New York. According to AnybodyListening.net, the setlist for the performance was as follows:

The event was reportedly professionaly recorded for a possible CD or DVD.
Following the set, the band held an autograph session for attendees.

As previously reported, a 10-minute audio interview with QUEENSRŸCHE singer Geoff Tate, conducted by Tori Thomas of 95.1 WZZO in Allentown, Pennsylvania, has been posted online at this location. Tate talks about the new "Mindcrime at the Moore" DVD, Rocklahoma, the HEAVEN AND HELL tour, his admiration for Alice Cooper, personal appearances scheduled, and the new material the band is currently working on.
QUEENSRŸCHE's newly released live DVD, "Mindcrime at the Moore", made an impressive debut at #1 on the Billboard Top Music DVD Chart. This marked the band's first-ever #1 chart debut. The double DVD set, released July 3 from Rhino, captures QUEENSRŸCHE's performance of both "Operation: Mindcrime I" and "II" in their entirety in front of a rabid hometown crowd at Seattle's Moore Theatre.
